I have a Degree in Mathematical Physics (MPhys) from Heriot-Watt University. As a part of my degree, I studied a range of theoretical and practical systems and developed an understanding of the various techniques required to work with such systems. In addition, I also learned how to construct theoretical simulations in visually clear and understandable manners.

My PhD project involves the investigation of probabilistic spiking neural networks (PSNNs). These networks share many similarities with Bayesian networks hence, similar techniques can be investigated in the training of these models.
